Convert WebP images to PDF documents. Combine multiple files into one PDF. Free, no registration.

WebP is optimized for the web, but many offline workflows, document management systems, and print processes require PDF. Converting WebP images to PDF creates a universally readable document that can be shared via email, printed, and archived.
Converting multiple WebP images into a single multi-page PDF is ideal for creating portfolios, combining screenshots, and preparing web images for printing. PDF preserves the original image quality and is accepted by every platform.
This converter processes files locally in your browser — nothing is sent to any server. No registration, no limits, no watermarks.

The quality slider lets you set a value from 60% to 95%. Higher values mean better image quality but larger file sizes.
At 85% quality, the visual difference between the original WebP and the resulting PDF is virtually imperceptible to the naked eye, while the file is significantly smaller.
A few tips to help you avoid common issues during conversion:
Savings depend on the source file type and its original compression. Below are example results:
Camera photo
2.4 MB → 890 KB
Product image
500 KB → 185 KB
Screenshot / banner
350 KB → 230 KB
Actual savings may vary depending on image content and quality settings. The converter shows the exact size before and after conversion for each file.
While WebP to PDF conversion creates documents rather than web images, PDF file size affects the user experience when PDFs are shared or downloaded from websites. Large PDFs frustrate users and increase bounce rates.
The converter optimizes PDF output to balance quality and size. WebP images are already compressed, so the resulting PDF will be reasonably compact. A typical 10-image PDF from WebP sources will be approximately 5–15 MB.
If you need to display images on a web page rather than in a PDF, keep them as WebP — it’s already the optimal format for web delivery.
